Vida Lab
​This program equips women entrepreneurs—especially non-white women, multilingual leaders, and first-generation business owners—with the foundational skills, confidence, and peer support needed to grow sustainable businesses.


Participants are placed in peer-mentoring groups and meet monthly with both their partner and the full cohort. The program blends practical business education with leadership development and community support.
Purpose and Target Audience

Core Activities
Monthly peer mentoring: Participants meet once a month with their assigned peer to reflect on progress, set goals, and develop accountability habits.
